| The FOP is defending racism, as well |
The Chicago Federal Order of Police has begun defending Karol Chwiesiuk, who has been suspended without pay for taking part in the January 6th insurrection, during which he joined other republicans in attacking police officers and further reportedly used the n-word when bragging about being a traitor. How exactly the FOP thinks defending a racist traitor will foster any American who is not a police officer to have any trust in any police officer was not addressed by the FOP.
With each passing day we come nearer and nearer to a time when our police departments will be nothing more than the republican party's modern day version of the SS--especially if their version of Adolph Hitler, Donald Trump, ever assumes power again.
Defund the police? How about disband the police--start over from scratch and don't look back.
