The Supreme Court ruled on the side of our clients and the Constitution, striking down President Trump's attempts to upend birthright citizenship. The Constitution is not Trump's to rewrite.

U.S. Constitution 1, Simpleton 0
Our simpleminded Attorney General thought it a good idea to go on TV and expressly state that she is promoting "cruel and unusual punishment" (in violation of the 8th Amendment) and denial of due process (in violation of the 5th and 14th Amendments). Can't wait until transcripts appear in courts.

And you can bet that eventually Democrats will be non-citizens
If you accept that non-citizens have no right to due process, you are accepting that citizens have no right to due process. All the government has to do is claim that you are not a citizen; without due process you have no chance to prove the contrary.

Fox calls for fascism
Brian Kilmeade calls for the end of due process: "It's not practical to think we can do due process on 8 million people ... if we're gonna give every one of these guys a day in a court and a lawyer, we can't do it. They don't deserve it."
