Lindsay Omigod Lohan

This is how fucked up America is--Lindsay Lohan makes a tweet about the Fed printing money (Nobel Prize winning Economist, Lindsay Lohan) and people either think it's a brilliant marketing strategy for the company paying her for her tweet or are disgusted by the utter shamelessness of using and /or cashing in on celebrity.

Unfortunately, no one seems to have noticed the obvious:  what does it say about us that anyone on either side would seriously even consider her to render advice on anything other than how to bang a bong or how to schedule a meeting with your parole officer?  For fuck's sake, you wouldn't trust your neighbor's stoned nineteen-year-old to give advice on your finances, so why in the world didn't everyone just fucking ignore Lindsay Lohan?
